What's in the bag, Tom?
Usefully, our trip to Brazil in 2004 pointed out quite a few things that we never thought of before. Brining a real tin opener is much desired (if you've ever tried to open a tin with a pen knife, you'll understand why). A couple of large wooden spoons instead of the metal ones you eat with are too small, get too hot and it isn't particularly hygienic anyway. You'd think we'd think of that before hand, but we only thought about it when we were up a mountain trying to cook.
So here is my dinfintive list of the stuff I'm taking.
- A large bag
For keeping my stuff in.
- A small (or 'day') bag
